Organic amine ester TPP

TPP water-based multifunctional additive is a methyl alkanolamine ester-based corrosion inhibitor for scale prevention. It is used in formulating optical glass cleaners, foam-free spray cleaners, and for removing black carbon. It has dual functions of dispersing and dissolving the oxide scale on metal surfaces, making the metal surface more glossy. It is also a low-odor, low-volatility organic amine compound that provides excellent sustained-release corrosion inhibition in acidic rust removal cleaners! Typical characteristics:

Unique properties:
1. A substitute for ammonia water or other alkaline amines; low odor, low toxicity, low phosphorus, with pH adjustment function, widely used! 2. Can form stable complexes with various metal ions such as iron, copper, and zinc, dissolve microscopic oxides on metal surfaces, and improve the gloss of cleaned metal surfaces! Provides good corrosion inhibition in acidic rust removal, remains stable at high or low pH, not easily hydrolyzed or decomposed. When compounded with other surfactants, it exhibits synergistic effects not found in other amphoteric surfactants. 3. Due to the foam-free characteristics of organic amine esters, more users employ it in foam-free or low-foam spray cleaning, with market performance superior to many foam-free surfactants! Usage recommendations:
1. Recommended dosage 3-10% (by mass);
2. The proportion can be appropriately increased based on different formulations (e.g., glass cleaners; abrasive powder cleaning). Packaging and storage:
1. 230 kg plastic drum. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive hazardous material. Store in a ventilated, dry environment at 5-40°C.
2. Avoid coexistence with strong acids, strong alkalis, and strong oxidizers. After use, seal the container to prevent oxidation from air contact, which may affect performance and cause color differences.
